Request for a Training

Step by step process of requesting

 

  • Step 1
    The cooperative must submit a request letter or the Board Resolutions indicating the training requirements.
  • Step 2
    UNECO shall charge Eight Thousand Pesos (₱8,000.00) per day for training conducted on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, excluding the costs of gasoline and transportation during the in-person conduct of the training. The fee will cover:
    • Facilitator’s honorarium
    • Participants' certificates
    • Up to 50 participants during onsite training
    • Up to 95 participants during online training
  • Step 3
    The remitting cooperative may request reimbursement for additional expenses incurred during the in-house training, provided that they must submit a board resolution detailing the specifics and exact amounts spent during the conduct of the training for its members, officers, and staff.
  • Step 4
    Arrangement of facilities/venue, accommodations, meals, and other requirements may be coordinated by UNECO with the requesting member-cooperative. However, all payments shall be made directly by UNECO to the suppliers.
  • Step 5
    After the training, or within 10 working days, UNECO shall furnish the cooperative with a summary of expenses, an evaluation of the training, and the remaining balance of CETF remittance to the union.
